The Supreme Court finally did it. We knew this was coming, but no one knew when it was going to happen.
Roe vs. Wade — overturned. Now states are free to outlaw abortion and decide their own rules when it comes to the life (or death) of a human being.
Here is a hot take from Politico:

Lots of bad legal and political takes are about to explode from the Left over the next few days and weeks. In fact, you will read a ton of hysterical and outlandish garbage regarding the Supreme Court and their recent decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade.
Lots of them will say Justices Barret and Kavanaugh are illegitimate and that their vote on the court does not count. Lots of them will say that Biden should pack the court and overturn the decision. What used to pass a radical discourse from the left is now mainstream rhetoric you will hear from MSNBC, CNN and the White House (sadly).
Listen carefully to what the left says and does over the next few days and weeks. Plenty of leftists want to call republicans/conservatives violent insurrectionists, but I would be surprised if the left does not commit riots and acts of violence over the next few weeks. Sadly, I would not surprised if another leftist tries to kill members of the Supreme Court over this decision.
As you read this filth from the left, keep in mind the following:
No SCOTUS decision is absolute
Any decision can be revisited and overturned at any time. Just because something was on the books does not mean it cannot be overturned
Just because a decision is considered “sacred” or “popular” does not mean it is constitutional
SCOTUS exists to rule on whether our laws are constitutional and their decision today makes a compelling case as to why the federal government cannot prevent states from making abortion illegal
Roe vs. Wade has long been an illegitimate decision in the eyes of many constitutional legal scholars
Prior to Roe vs. Wade, SCOTUS invented a right (the right to privacy) that did not exist in the Constitution
Roe vs. Wade used that made up right to privacy to prevent states from outlawing abortion
Roe vs. Wade is a clear example of why we don’t want and don’t need unelected judges making laws and granting people rights not enumerated in the Constitution
Our Founders wanted a democracy which gave elected officials the right to make these decisions. They did not want unelected judges making these decisions.
Clearly, today’s decision is a win for state’s rights and a win for those who think the court should not make up rights that are absent from the Constitution
More importantly, the court’s decision today did not ban abortion or make abortion illegal
The decision today gave states the right to decide on abortion at the state level
If you live in a blue state and want abortion to remain legal, then nothing changes for you
If you think abortion is murder and live in a red state, then nothing changes for you either
If you are a leftist and live in a red state, then you can (gasp) exercise our democratic process to change the law in your state and make abortion legal
If you are a leftist and want abortion to be legal across the US, then you are free to try and amend the Constitution and make abortion an actual civil right.
Changing, amending, and/or adding to the Constitution is perfectly allowable under our system. This decision does nothing to prevent you from trying.
Regardless of how you feel about Roe vs. Wade, today’s decision is a major win for conservatives who believe states - not the federal government - should have more power. It’s also a win for those of us who think our Founders had it right when they structured the division of powers in our Constitution, namely preventing unelected judges from making up laws and rights for citizens.
In my mind, this is a very good thing. The Feds are way too powerful and until now, no one in this country seemed to care or be able to stop them.
On this basis alone, today is a good day for American liberty!
